Rick Wakemann is a virtuoso British keyboardist and composer, widely recognized for his musical contributions to the YESwhere he collaborated on world-famous albums such as Fragile, close to the limit AND Tales from the topographical oceans. His unrivaled talent on the keyboards and his ability to tell stories through music have made him a living legend on the international music scene.
Wakemanhowever, he has transcended the barrier of his history with the YES building an extraordinary solo career that brought the world albums like The six wives of Henry VIII, Journey to the center of the earth, The myths and the classic Legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table not to mention the countless collaborations on film soundtracks and contributions to innovative contemporary compositions not only from his career, but also from artists he has collaborated with such as Stevens Cat In The morning has arrived AND David Bowie in the classics Space oddity AND Life on Mars.
