The band formed by Netinho de Paula’s children launches a new work

Made up of children of Paola’s nephew (success at the 90s pagoda as frontman of Negritude Jr.), the band “Paula’s” formed by: Vini, Dudu and Dika are releasing a new song titled “Não tem Ideia”, and they bet on the work track.

The Group’s exceptional ability was also recognized at a national level when they participated in Globo’s Superstar program in 2016. With their contagious energy, they enchanted judges and audiences, winning admirers across the country.

In 2022, the Group marked a significant moment in their career by recording a DVD, which featured special appearances by big names in pagodas, such as Turma do Pagode, Vou pro Sereno, Netinho de Paula, Marquinhos Sensação, Os Travessos and Grupo Bola.

Despite their pagodeira heritage, the trio, who have been on the road for over five years, draw inspiration from other rhythms such as rap and romantic ballads. Influences are artists such as Jorge Benjor, Michael Jackson, Jorge Vercilo, Emilio Santiago, Jay-Z and the divas Mariah Carey and Beyoncé.

Although they are still tied to the image of their father, the boys do not see the bond negatively. “There is a charge, but it is natural and essential to the job.”

It’s difficult to separate yourself from the image of your father, who you respect and are a fan of.

For this reason they decided to form the group, using it as an example at home. The trio have already demonstrated their talent and determination, this month they will arrive in Rio for a tour of the wonderful city!
