The guitarist performs with the band Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators on ‘The River Is Rising’ tour at Espaço Unimed; the setlist surprises with Guns N’ Roses music rarely played at shows
The guitarist bar return to St. Paulthis time without Armas and Rosasfor the presentation of the tour The river is rising this Wednesday, 31. The musician takes the stage at the Espaço Unimed accompanied by the band Myles Kennedy and the conspiratorsled by Myles Kennedy, lead singer of the band Alter Bridge.
The group should focus the performance on the album 4launched in 2022, which has The river is rising, the song that gives the tour its name, as the first track. The album is Slash’s fifth solo album and the fourth in which the musician is accompanied by Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. The band, in addition to Myles, includes Brent Fitz, Todd Kerns and Frank Sidoris.
The presentation, however, must also be full of surprises. Slash shouldn’t skimp on the riffs that made him one of the greatest guitarists in the world and the band always dedicates moments to covers of other artists.
The lineup of the show held in Belo Horizonte last Monday, the 29th, gives a good indication of what you can expect from the show in the capital of Sao Paulo. On this occasion, Slash and the band played versions of Always in a hurryby Lenny Kravitz, e Rocket manby Elton John.
Of course, a Guns N’ Roses track can’t be missing. The guitarist surprised fans with Don’t damn mefrom the album Use your illusion Isong played live for the first time in Mexico City, at the start of the Latin American tour, second NME.
In addition to Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte, the musician and the group will perform in Rio de Janeiro on February 1st and in Porto Alegre on the 4th. There are still tickets available for the presentation in Sao Paulo. Check the categories and prices Here.

Laskarina Bouboulina
Located in a corner house, on a quiet street, Laskarina Bouboulina is a cozy tavern serving food with Mediterranean, Turkish and Brazilian influences. Most of the dishes on chef Daniela França Pinto’s menu are for sharing and are served in the wood-fired oven installed right at the entrance to the small room. Oh, and the name is a tribute to a Greek pirate who fought against the Ottomans: he was responsible for providing the soldiers with ammunition and food with his ship, the largest of the time.
