The legendary duo of synthpop The Pet Shop Boys announced this Tuesday (30th) the release of their new studio album, entitled Nonethelesswhich will arrive on digital platforms on April 26 by Warner Music, via Parlophone Records.
Furthermore, Chris Lowe AND Neil Tennant They have already released the title track, which you can find on the duo’s digital channels.
Loneliness is described by Pet shop guys as a “uplifting music with thoughtful lyrics”.
The new album will be present 10 new tracks and is the British duo’s first debut with the producer James Fordwho has worked with artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, blur, Gorillaz AND Movable simian disk.
The album is now also available for pre-sale, which will give you access to priority tickets to the series of shows Royal Opera House In LondonIn From 23 to 27 July.
In 2016, the Pet shop guys became the first electronic band to play in space, with a sequence of four performances, which was received with great enthusiasm by the audience. The duo returned to the venue in 2018 for consistently sold-out shows, earning even more praise than before.

Like much of our music, it is very reflective,” say ‘The Pet shop guys. “It was great to work with James Ford, who we believe brought new elements to our music. Our demos are sometimes quite complicated and James dared to make us a little more minimalist, but with very beautiful string arrangements.
