The singer and songwriter Toni and me shared his new single, Dreaming, last Friday (2). The artist co-wrote the track with Sam Nelsonby X Ambassadors, and co-produced with Nelson and Randy Belculfine. Dreaming is now available on all streaming platforms, accompanied by an official music video, directed by Tones And I herself, featuring Nick Kozakis and Liam Kelly.
Regarding the song, Tones And I states: “‘Dreaming’ is the first track on my upcoming album. I maintain my integrity in my stories, which always come from a genuine place of love, loss and hope. I found myself subconsciously writing about things I’d never written about before . I let my music go where it wants to go and never try to force it in one direction to fit a trend or style. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to sharing more songs soon.”
Dreaming arrives as Tones And I prepares to embark on P!NK’s 2024 Australia Stadium Tour. The season will begin on February 9 and 10 with two shows at Allianz Stadium in Sydney, Australia, and travel across the continent, concluding with two nights at Townsville’s Country Bank Stadium on March 22 and 23. Subsequently the artist leaves for Asia for a series of dates in May and then for Europe. Tones And I closed out 2023 with the powerful hit The biggestwhich was released in support of the Australian women’s football team, The Matildas, at the FIFA Women’s World Cup, to critical acclaim.
