A little Brazilian girl says she was kidnapped by ETs

After sparking controversy with Ivete Sangalo at Carnival, warning her of an “imminent apocalypse”, Baby do Brasil decided to reveal that he has already had the experience of being abducted by aliens.

I travel with ET

In an interview with the UrbNews portal, the artist stated that the situation occurred in May 1999, almost 25 years ago. She and one of her daughters, whose name was not revealed, were allegedly picked up by extraterrestrial beings and taken into space: when they were released, she returned with a lump on her forehead.

“I never said anything, but I was kidnapped in May 1999. My daughter and I came here with a huge bump. [na testa]. (…) She will appear in my biography,” she said, publicizing the literary (science fiction?) work.

But wasn’t he God?

Interestingly, Baby became evangelical when she said she walked with the ETs. At the time, she stated that she was inspired by the influence of her eldest daughter and she had had a religious experience.

During an interview on the “Papagaio Falante” podcast in 2022, Baby recounted the religious experience that influenced her conversion: “I entered the belly of God, flying, and he told me that I was generating myself again”, he said.

And what about the apocalypse now?

The singer also took advantage of the interview to talk about the controversy over the apocalypse, when she unexpectedly started talking about an imminent kidnapping in front of Ivete’s electric trio, in the midst of the Bahia carnival.

“Imagine honoring a person you love the most and suddenly that person talks about the rapture and the apocalypse? Sit in her chair and see the world as she sees it. It was crazy of me to talk there at that moment. But God spoke to me and I said it right away,” he explained.

Carnival “popstora”

Now 71, Baby do Brasil was a member of the group Novos Baianos and one of the leading solo singers in Brazil in the 1980s, when she was still known as Baby Consuelo. She was married to the guitarist Pepeu Gomes, from Novos Anos, from 1969 to 1988, with whom she had six children: Sarah Sheeva (née Riroca, in 1973), Zabelê (1975), Nãna Shara (1976), Pedro Baby (1978 ), Krishna Baby (nickname: Xaxá, in 1984) and Kriptus Gomes in (1985).

The artist founded the church Ministry of the Holy Spirit of God in the Name of Jesus and describes herself as a “popstora”, a mix between pastor and pop star.
