It’s a complicated record, but it’s also deeply and joyfully infectious. There’s never a master plan when we make a record. Records more reflect the emotional state of the writers and musicians who played them. Hearing this, I don’t know, it seems like we’re happy.” he says. Basement about his new musical era.
With 10 tracks, the band’s next album explores new styles, but rescues much of its tradition and career history. Made by Nick Cave and Warren Ellisbringing a mix of David Friedman and participation of Colin Greenwood at the bottom and Luis Almau on guitars.
