With each passing day, the Artificial intelligence (AI) has been dominating spaces that often belong to human beings. Thus, a Swedish fintech took another important step to confirm the theory and put it into practice. According to information from the Euronews website, the Klarna revealed that its AI assistant can do the “work of 700 employees” at the company.
According to the fintech statement, two thirds of customer service in Klarna were carried out by a chatbot. The experience lasted for a period of one month. Thus, the chatbot was able to handle 2.3 million chats with customers in 35 languages. This assistant AI of the company was developed by OpenAI and has been operating on the market for around thirty days.

MORE AI!
Last week, the Nvidia had the spotlight focused on it due to a boom caused by AI in a balance sheet released by analysts Wall Street. Thus, the chip manufacturing company saw profits rise to almost US$12.3 billion (R$60.7 billion, at current prices). The values for the quarter ended in January were above the US$ 1.4 billion recorded in the previous year.
Given the frightening growth, the company’s sales projection Nvidia boosted tech stocks and left a trail of optimism in world markets. That’s because last year was quite innovative for artificial intelligence, but no other company benefited from the trend as much as the chipmaker. The value recorded represented an increase of 769% compared to the same period in 2023.
A Nvidia has been considered crucial for the growth of AI. The chipmaker has unparalleled results in producing processors that power artificial intelligence systems, including for generative AI — new technology that can create text, images and other media. Thus, the company forecasts revenues of US$24 billion in the next quarter of this year.
