Molejo singer Anderson Leonardo has a “delicate” health condition, medical report says


The singer has been hospitalized in serious condition since last Sunday, the 24th, being treated for cancer

The singer’s advisor Anderson Leonardo, of Grupo Molejo, updated the artist’s health status this Tuesday 26th, through a medical bulletin. According to the statement, Anderson, who is treating cancer in the groin region, has a medical condition considered ‘delicate’ and no increase is expected.

“Anderson de Oliveira is hospitalized with delicate health conditions due to complications requiring medical attention and with no discharge planned for now”, underlines the bulletin signed by the oncologist João Paulo Fogacci de Farias, released in Earth.

The singer was admitted to hospital last Sunday, 24 years old, at the Unimed hospital in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Monday 25th the statement published on his social profile indicated that his state of health was considered “serious”.

“The Molejo Group repudiates the false news about the reported condition of our singer Anderson Leonardo. He is hospitalized, his condition is serious, but he is alive and continues to be under medical care and monitoring. We ask everyone to continue in prayer”, says the publication.

Anderson Leonardo received his first diagnosis of groin cancer, in the groin region, in October 2022, and celebrated recovery from the disease months later. However, shortly after, the problem spread to other intimate areas and he was told he had testicular cancer.

He was discharged from hospital last Tuesday, the 19th, after 21 days of hospitalization. He had been under medical care since February 27, 2023, undergoing immunotherapy and painkillers. In the note, the press office reports that the artist was discharged after surgery to block the hypogastric nerve plexus, but was hospitalized again.
