Rammstein’s performance in Coventry, England, was heard by people in another city
show of Rammstein in Coventry, England, generated unusual complaints last Sunday, 26. Residents of a neighboring town heard tremors and sounds coming from the performance of the German industrial metal band.
As pointed out by the local newspaper Coventry Telegraph (via consequence), people in the city of Nuneaton – 10 miles from the venue – heard “loud tremors” and reported it.
Despite the “shakes” and “loud beats,” the show ended early, around 10:20 pm, with several fireworks – also noisy – according to authorities. The closest neighbors could hear the show from the windows of the houses.
Rammstein is touring Europe and, subsequently, is due to depart for the United States for a series of stadium shows. The loud volume is no surprise to fans and anyone who has followed performances on the group’s giant stages.
