The singer arrived at the hotel almost a week early and is already preparing for the historic show on Copacabana beach on Saturday (4).

Next Saturday (4) the North American singer Madonna will perform a historic show on Copacabana beach, which will mark the end of her The Celebration Tour, celebrating 40 years of her career. Meanwhile, the international diva and her entourage are staying at the historic Belmond Copacabana Palace hotel.

The singer is in one of the presidential suites, the most luxurious in the hotel. Each unit is 100 m2. The room has a large private balcony, overlooking the sea.

Furthermore, the interior of the suite is full of works of art. The bathrooms are covered in marble and have a separate bathtub and shower. The hotel also offers an exclusive butler service for those who occupy the room.

The suite is located on the sixth floor of the hotel, which features a private pool, known as the Black Pool, lined in black, and famous for being the place where celebrities staying at the Belmond Copacabana Palace enjoy some sun, although Madonna is not very close to the practice.

The hotel’s website also states that guests of the Copacabana Suite will receive a welcome champagne, “sunset canapés and a minibar with non-alcoholic drinks included during their stay”.

How much does it cost?

An overnight stay in the most luxurious suite at the Copacabana Palace can cost more than R$30,000, but varies depending on the time of year.

On the hotel’s official website, the calculated price to stay there for a week in May 2024 is R$ 120,000. Remembering that Madonna arrived on Monday (29/4) and she is expected to leave the hotel only on Sunday (5/5), the day after the long-awaited performance.

In addition to the queen of pop’s room, her team is also located in the same hotel. In total, 90 of the 239 suites were reserved only for people accompanying Madonna at the end of the tour.
