Curtis James Jackson [nome verdadeiro de 50 Cent]
Everything is a joke to you until our security is compromised, which is happening now. You are causing destruction, frenzy and chaos in people’s lives. How would you feel if you were Sire that he was being handcuffed? For nothing.
We moved to New York to give you the opportunity to be a father to your son, and you saw him ten times in two years while we lived just a few miles from you. I’m tired of supporting and protecting an image for our son that you never deserved.
Let’s focus on his true evil actions of raping and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will deal with you from now on. You have permanently destroyed the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these latest false accusations made against me. You broke our hearts for the last time.

According to the process, opened last Monday, 6, 50 Cent argues that “Narvaez knew that his statements were false” when he made the post and, even so, “he published false statements to his almost two million followers on Instagram”.

The document also reports that Daphne “refused to remove” the post “out of pure hatred and ill will against Jackson” and that she asked for money in exchange for deleting the accusation on Instagram.

Lawyers for 50 Cent stated that the demands of Narvaez are “extortionate in nature” and that she “shamefully chose to interfere in her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his beloved father by falsely accusing him of being a ‘rapist.'”

A Peoplea rep for the rapper clarified that the custody battle for Sire was motivated by the mention of Narvaez as a sex worker in the case against Diddy:

The disturbing allegations included in the case related to Daphne Joymother of my 12 year old son, demanded that I take all legal actions to protect Sire. The most recent false and unsubstantiated accusations made by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire It is my top priority and keeping you in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.
