In a statement the band spoke of an accounting investigation and possible embezzlement of money; all the group’s projects are suspended, including the “possible continuation of the tour”
The band RBD issued a formal statement last Wednesday, the 22nd, on the related problems Rebel Soy Tour. Like the singer Sweet Mary had already indicated, the group opened an audit to verify whether the former RBD businessman, Guillermo Rosasstole money from the band.
In a statement published on behalf of the group, the producer Souls Productions Inc. declared that the accounting investigation carried out highlighted “significant irregularities”. According to the document, “nearly $1 million remains unverified, i.e. unaccounted for,” even after checking receipts and documents provided by the Authority T6H EntertainmentRosas company.
The statement said “the only entities responsible for the tour payments” were Rosas’ company and Citrin Coopermann, nominated by T6H, who served as the tour’s business manager. “None of the group members had access to manage the money or make payments,” the text reiterates.
According to the producer, all of the group’s projects are currently on hold, “including a possible continuation of the tour.” “We promise to keep you informed,” the text reads, underlining that all parties involved are working to reach a solution.

It is important for us to address the recent statements made by T6H Entertainment and the speculations in some media about the Soy Rebelde Tour.
We want to thank our beloved fans for their unwavering support during this difficult time.
Contrary to T6H Entertainment’s claims, the forensic accounting investigation conducted by Citrin Cooperman revealed significant irregularities.
Specifically, the report indicates that T6H Entertainment has received tour-related funds since December 2022, of which nearly $1 million remains unverified, i.e., unaccounted for, even after considering receipts and documents provided by T6H Entertainment.
Importantly, Citrin Cooperman was advised by T6H Entertainment, a company with which they had had previous negotiations. Furthermore, T6H hindered the process by not signing the necessary documents to resolve the payments and the tour. This is because the original contracts with the companies were signed with T6H and without their signature we cannot finalize.
It is crucial to clarify that the only entities responsible for the tour’s payments were T6H in the initial phase and subsequently Citrin Cooperman, who acted as the tour’s commercial director. None of the group members had access to manage the money or make payments.
Given the significant amount of money involved and the discrepancies found, all of our projects are currently on hold. We had to put this dream shared with you on hold, including a possible continuation of the tour.
Simran A. Singh of the law firm Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP, based in Beverly Hills, California, represents the group in this matter and is working with all parties to reach a resolution.
Our goal has always been to resolve these discrepancies in a professional manner. We remain committed to working with all parties involved to reach a fair and transparent solution. Our integrity and the trust of our fans are paramount, and we will not rest until these issues are fully resolved.
We are grateful for our fans’ continued patience and understanding and promise to keep you informed as we work to reach a resolution.
Thanks for being with us.
Souls Productions Inc.
On behalf of the members of the RBD
