Nicki Minaj was arrested in the Netherlands last Saturday, the 25th, and held in custody for hours on charges of carrying drugs. The artist recorded the police action live on Instagram, in which she talks to a man in a suit who says: “As you recorded the police officer, he can’t believe that you don’t have more than what you said.”

Hours later, the rapper was released and stated that she was being sabotaged. “They’re being paid a lot of money to sabotage my tour, because soooo many people are mad that it’s being a success and they can’t get rid of me. They got caught stealing money from my jet trips. They got fired. They got mad, etc,” he wrote.

Show canceled
Minaj had to cancel the show Pink Friday 2 World Tour in Amsterdam. In Manchester, England, she spoke to fans waiting outside her hotel and said, “I love you and I’m so sorry this happened.”

On Twitter, she also said she was stuck for five or six hours and confirmed shows in Manchester and Birmingham. The singer also reinforced her apology for the cancellation in Amsterdam: “Please, please, please accept my most sincere and deepest apologies. They certainly know exactly how to hurt me, but this too will pass.”
