The problems plaguing RBD

The members of the iconic Mexican pop group RBD released, last Wednesday (22nd), a official announcement where they accuse the producer T6H Entertainment and the former businessman Guillermo Rosas of millionaire embezzlements that occurred during the recent tour Rebel Soy Tour.

In the note, Anahí, Christian, Christopher, Dulce Maria AND Maite revealed that the company has launched an investigation Citrin Coopermannrecommends T6Hfrom which irregularities emerged for a total of 1 million dollars (something around R$5.1 million at the current exchange rate).

“The audit indicated that T6H Entertainment has received tour-related funds since December 2022, of which approximately $1 million remains unverified, i.e., unaccounted for and included after considering receipts and documents provided by the production company.” says the statement RBD.

The Mexican pop group also claims that the T6H would have delayed the signing of the documents proving the related debts Rebel Soy Tour.

“This debt occurs because the companies’ original contracts were signed with T6H and without their signature the processes cannot continue. It is essential to clarify that the only persons responsible for the tour payments were T6H in the first phase, and subsequently Citrin Cooperman who served as the tour’s commercial director.”

And they concluded: “None of the group members had access to money management or made payments.”

Also in the press release, the RBD informs that the band is on hiatus due to “considerable amount of money involved and discrepancies found” and this “We will not stop until this (resolution of the above issues) happens and the issues are fully resolved.”

“We are grateful for our fans’ continued patience and understanding and promise to keep you informed as we work to find a solution,” concluded the statement.
