A survey carried out by Opinion Box and Serasa has drawn a financial picture of the universe of music shows in the country and provides some important data on Brazilian behavior in relation to culture, in the specific case of music shows and festivals.
56% of respondents do financial planning to enjoy their idols. 48% of fans use credit cards to sing with their idols. 59% of respondents are looking for interest-free installment options.
62% of Brazilians go to at least one exhibition of national artists per year. 27% of those interviewed go to at least one exhibition of international artists per year.
60% of people are in the habit of buying tickets less than a month before the show date, that is, 6 out of 10 people are in the habit of buying tickets less than a month before the show and 7 out of 10 respondents say that the highest amount ever paid to attend a show was up to R$300.
Likewise, another 70% say they would not pay more than this amount for a ticket.
68% of respondents spend an average of R$200 on food and drinks during shows.
62% of Brazilians are in the habit of going to concerts of national artists at least once a year and 27% plan to attend international shows.
This Opinion Box and Serasa survey on planning and spending on entertainment in Brazil surveyed 1,398 people in March 2024.
