Remember the case
Felipe and Matheus had shared a video on Instagram last Thursday in which they showed their performance in front of an empty audience as part of Expoara 2024. To participate it was necessary to donate 1 kg of food.
On the duo’s Instagram, Felipe posted a video of the moment with a story: “At the opening of the show, I got goosebumps. A few minutes before the start, Matheus told me: ‘In a while, we will be so successful that it won’t make people see us.’ I was strong, but after that speech I had to hold back, because it’s not easy. Let’s live our dream with lots of love and remain steadfast and strong.
In an interview with G1, the musicians provided more details about what happened: “We waited until about 7pm. Nobody showed up and we said, ‘Let’s start later’. Everyone went home and when it was 9pm we came back, and no one was there.” They started the show in the hope that the music would attract visitors, but the situation did not improve.
