Halsey confirms Lupus diagnosis

Pop singer Halsey confirmed last Wednesday (5) that she has been diagnosed Lupusin addition to a “Rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disease”.

Halsey had suggested a diagnosis in a social media post earlier this week, but has now confirmed the illness.

“In 2022, I was diagnosed first with lupus SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus, the more technical name for lupus) and then with a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disease,” wrote the singer on her official account on Instagram.

And he continued: “Both are currently on treatment or in remission; and both will likely be for the rest of my life. After a rocky start, I have slowly gotten everything back under control with the help of amazing doctors. After 2 years, I feel better and I am more grateful than ever to have music to fall back on.”
