Ricky Martin receives restraining order but denies allegations

Ricky Martin reportedly went to ex-partner’s house at least three times after split

Ricky Martin received a restraining order to stay away from an ex-partner. The singer cannot get in touch physically, or by telecommunication, emails and social networks. According to the Puerto Rican newspaper El Vocero (via NME), dating lasted seven months and the breakup was not well accepted by Ricky.

According to accusations, martin would have called the plaintiff frequently, in addition to being seen near his home on at least three occasions. The ex-boyfriend, whose identity was not revealed, felt threatened by the alleged attitudes and filed a lawsuit.

The restriction order is valid until July 21, when the applicant and Ricky must testify. The judge must determine a new validity of the order, if necessary.

The singer denied accusations in a publication on social media: “The restraining order against me is based on completely false allegations. I will respond to the judicial process with the facts and dignity that characterizes me. Due to the legal status of the matter, I cannot give more detailed statements. at the time.”
