The song Somethingby George Harrison, was one of the most covered and well-known songs in the Beatles’ repertoire. The song has had several re-recordings, including one by Frank Sinatra, who went so far as to say that it was “one of the best love songs ever written”.

Despite being very famous, Sinatra’s version was not chosen as Harrison’s favorite. In an interview with the guitarist, released in 1988 in Much music and remembered by Raffaele Polcaro to the Garage Rock and Rollthe best version of the song was by James Brown.
