Sin She performed sitting on a chair during a show at the I Love Prio Winter Festival, in Rio de Janeiro, on the night of Saturday 13th. The reason was an emergency surgery that the singer underwent on the 3rd, which left her absent for 10 days.
The artist walked onto the stage, but had to rest during the show. Both Pitty’s and the festival’s Instagram profiles posted videos about the subject.
“At 45, in the second half I managed to create a format that made it possible to be here. Today will be a show, after all, very special, a different experience,” she said of the decision.
Pitty also stressed: “I accept and take the opportunity to do my best when life puts me in that situation. Giving up has never been an option.” The reason for the surgery was not disclosed by the singer’s team.
