The singer contributed financially to the construction of the school in a community in the province of Bengo. During the live broadcast, a representative of the NGO thanked the Brazilian for her generosity and highlighted the impact of the financial donation.
“We have a school that you have provided us. We thank God, we ask for your life and health. Be successful in your career. Thank you so much. We really need your help, please continue to help us,” the representative said.
On social media, the organization also thanked Anitta, known as ‘godmother’, for her collaboration.
“Thank you Anitta for making this dream come true and helping to transform the reality of the community of Bengo. The small school in Zuzu will initially serve 40 children, with two meals a day,” the entity informed.
“Thank you guys! It’s all beautiful, very beautiful. I really enjoyed it, I’m impressed with how quickly you put this together. May God continue to bless me so I can continue to share with you and we can make it bigger and bigger,” the singer responded emotionally. “My help would be nothing without your work,” Anitta added, acknowledging the collective effort of the NGO team.
In addition to the school’s inauguration, Anitta received a special tribute from the team and her image was painted in one of the school’s classrooms, called “Clube da Anittinha”.
