The show is a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the iconic album Bom de Tocar
Celebrating the launch of the book “Bom de Tocar” that his son, Pedro Silveira, wrote about his authorial work, Ricardo Silveira brings together a group of exponents on the stage of the Sesc Belenzinho for this special moment in his career. With Romulo Gomes on bass, Thiago Big Rabello on drums, Renato Neto on keyboards and the special participation of the book’s author, Pedro Silveira, on guitar, Ricardo also takes the opportunity to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the album Bom de Tocar, an iconic album published by Polygram in 1984.
In addition to revisiting the classics of this album such as “Bom de Tocar”, “Dois Irmãos” and “Portal da Cor”, Ricardo promises to bring the public new versions of fundamental songs from his repertoire such as “Tango Carioca”, “Francesa” and “Afoxé”. More than 47 years of career, a discography that exceeds 20 recorded albums (including special projects such as High Life and Zil) and a collection of careful original compositions that, not surprisingly, have brought Ricardo Silveira to the rank of one of the great exponents of the guitar and acoustic guitar of his generation. A show that brings with it the stories and songs that have marked a successful path and have brought his name to a level of prominence on the national and international scene.
