“Unfortunately, I will never be able to return to my homeland because I would be arrested or killed. I have always felt like a nomadic immigrant. Sevdaliza, born in Tehran and moved to the Netherlands with her family at the age of five, has a career marked by the search for her Persian roots in her art.
