The singer-songwriter Nando Reis announced this Tuesday (23) the release of a triple album entitled A mysterious star. In addition to the three main parts, the work includes a bonus disc with new songs, available exclusively on vinyl.

The new production will be released both together and separately. On digital platforms, Uma Estrela Misteriosa will be made available gradually, with tracks released weekly starting today, a date that also marks the start of sales of the complete box set containing the four albums on vinyl.

Divided into three parts – One, Star AND Mysterious – the album features the first segment already available on digital platforms, with some songs blocked. Estrela will be released on August 2nd, followed by Misteriosa on August 9th. The bonus disc, titled He will reveal the secretcomplete the project.

In addition to the box set with all four LPs, each part of the work will be sold individually, even in staggered fashion. In total, the album contains 26 new songs and four re-recordings. The production of A Mysterious Star is signed by Barrett Martinband’s drummer Screaming Trees.

The former member of Titans has also announced a new tour with 25 dates already confirmed, starting on September 20th in Macapá and ending on December 22nd in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo. More dates will be announced in the coming months. Tickets are now on sale.

Nando revealed that the shows will be mostly based on the new album, but will also include his old hits. “I won’t do a show with just new music, because I’m not crazy, I want people to leave the shows satisfied.”

By releasing such a massive album in an era of fragmented music consumption, Nando stressed the importance of reminding people that life is not just about digital conveniences. “Get in the car, go to the movies,” he encouraged.
