THE Monsters of Rock announced this Friday, the 30th, that the 2025 edition is scheduled to take place on April 19th.

The festival celebrated 30 years last Tuesday, the 27th. The first edition, which took place on August 27, 1994, was attended by Dr. Sin, Angra, Raimundos, Viper, Suicidal Tendencies, Black Sabbath, Slayer and Kiss.

In 2023, when the Monsters of Rock was last performed, the Kiss also composed the line-up — this time alongside Scorpions, Deep Purple, Helloween, Candlemass, Symphony X and Doro.
Next year, the event should continue at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo. However, the Monsters of Rock It has already had reduced versions in Rio de Janeiro, in 1996, and in Manaus, in 2023. On those occasions, the festival was also held in São Paulo.
