In addition to the main shows, the exhibition will feature exclusive interviews and new content.
The Coala Festival, dedicated to Brazilian music, will be broadcast exclusively on Disney+ streaming throughout the country, starting this Friday (9/6) from 1:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to the main stage shows, the show will feature exclusive interviews and live content.
The festival, which takes place at the Memorial da América Latina (SP), also features shows on Saturday (9/7) and Sunday (9/8), from 12:45 to 22:00. Among the presentations, the event will welcome Lulu Santos, Paralamas do Sucesso, Planet Hemp, Xande de Pilares, as well as bringing the partnerships between Adriana Calcanhotto and Arnaldo Antunes, and a tribute to the national soul with Sandra de Sá, Hyldon and Tássia Reis.
“It will be incredible to broadcast the Coala Festival on Disney+. It is a platform full of interesting content and it is an honor for us to see the festival join this catalog and expand to new audiences,” said Gabriel Andrade, founding partner and curator of the event.
Some performances, however, were excluded from the agreement, such as the shows of the band 14 Bis with Beto Guedes, Arthur Verocai and Orkestra Rumpilezz with Luedji Luna, which take place at the Simón Bolívar Auditorium.
This will be the first year of partnership between Coala Festival and Disney+ streaming.
