Published in August 1989 by Polygramtoday Universal Music, at the end of the golden age of long listening and at the beginning of the consolidation of the new format CDthe album Bourgeoisieof Cazuza, was presented in an original and strategic way in the versions LP AND CD.
THE the vinyl was doubleto host the 20 tracks. This is the last work of the poet, whose health was already very weak, but it has not stopped being one of his most iconic projects. At the time of its release, the album sold an excellent score of over 250 thousand copies.
To celebrate the 35 years old of this important album, the Universal music now presents the re-edition of the project, also in double vinyl, in blue and yellowwhich is now available on Umusic Store at the price of R$ 349,90.
The first album highlights the rock atmosphere of the poet from Rio in songs like Bourgeoisie (George Israel/ Ezequiel Neves/ Cazuza) e Nebuchadnezzar (George Israel/Cazuza). They are still present Everything is Love (Laura Finocchiaro/Cazuza) and Girl from Bauru (Cazuza/João Rebouças).
The work continues with I thank you (George Israel/ Nilo Romero/ Cazuza), Babylon (Stew/ Leducha/ Cazuza), I want someone (Renato Rocketh/ Cazuza) and As Djavan saidpartnership Frejat AND Cazuzaare present on the B-side of disc 1, which ends with Hopeless Folk Near the fire (Rita Lee/Cazuza).
Disc 2, which brings the singer’s prejudice closer to MPB, has in its repertoire God’s Guinea Pigsexciting collaboration with Angela Ro Roin which Cazuza exposes his pain: “My father and mother, I’m afraid/ ‘Cause they’ll let luck take me.” Woman without reason (Dé/ Bebel Gilberto/ Cazuza) eases, but not much: “Dreaming alone means nothing/ It’s a prison party”says the bard. Almost a second (Hebert Vianna) and This boy (Caetano Veloso) obtain delicate versions, bordering on impotence.
There are still some Only child (Cazuza/ João Rebouças) and samba-canção Prejudice (Fernando Lobo/Antonio Maria). “What’s the point of dreaming for a minute if the truth of life is ugly? / If there’s a very strong prejudice that separates you from me,” phrase Cazuza.

The B-side of the second LP opens with Azul and Amarelo, the singer’s partnership Lobaoin which the exaggerated poet sings a verse by Cartola, one of his idols, to become, albeit posthumously, a partner of the author of Um mundo é um mill.
