The fourth season of the series Slow Horses is already on display at Apple TV+and one of the elements that most attracts the attention of the Brazilian public is the music in the opening credits. For those wondering, the song that appears at the beginning of each episode is called Strange Gamea composition of Mick Jaggervocalist of Rolling Stonesin partnership with the composer Daniel Pemberton.
The series, based on the books in the collection Slough House by Mick Herron, revolves around a group of British spies relegated to lesser roles after making serious mistakes in their careers. Gary Oldman plays the acidic and disillusioned boss, Jackson Lambwho leads this group of “slow horses” (literal translation of the series title).
Mick Jagger, a fan of the books that inspired the series, was invited by Daniel Pemberton to create exclusive music for the production. Released in April 2022, the song Strange Game It quickly became one of the series’ high points.
