The country singer was indicted by the Civil Police of Pernambuco in an investigation into money laundering linked to betting
Judge Andrea Calado da Cruz, of the 12th Criminal Court of the Capital, of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE), authorized the police to use two helicopters and two jets linked to the suspects in the accident. Operational integrationincluded the seized plane registered to the singer Gustavo Lima’s company.

The vehicles were seized by the operation investigating an alleged money laundering scheme linked to illegal betting. The operation is the same one that arrested the influencer Deolane Bezerra. Gusttavo Lima was indicted on charges of money launderingbut the defense denies any irregularities.
In the decision, released by Pernambuco diarythe judge considered that “the use of the property will constitute a way of protecting society by combating crime”.
“It appears to me that at this moment, after the Police investigation report with the indictment of the respective actors, the combination: a) there is a public interest; b) that the asset is used for carrying out the functional activities of the legitimate entities, remains perfected,” he wrote.
The two helicopters and the Falcon 2000EX jet are linked to Esportes da Sorte, owned by Darwin entrepreneur Henrique da Silva Filho. The Cessna 560 XLS plane would be involved in suspicious negotiations between Balada Eventos, the singer’s company Gustavo Limaand JMJ Participações, a company linked to the Vai de Bet group, owned by the couple José André da Rocha Neto and Aislla Sabrina Truta Henriques Rocha.
