The artist did not elaborate on what health issues he is facing. However, at the beginning of September he had already announced the postponement of the tour after falling ill. At the time, he seemed confident that the shows would take place on new dates.

Donald Glover use the stage name Childish Gambino since 2008, when he released the mixtape Sick Boi. During this period, he released six albums and gained prominence with hits such as “Redbone” and “This is America”.
