Ozzy Osbourne will be introduced as a solo artist on Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this month, in a special ceremony that will take place on October 19th in Cleveland. The celebration will feature several artists paying tribute.
Among the names confirmed for the presentations are Billy Idolwho will be alongside his guitarist Steve Stevensin addition to Jelly Roll, Chad Smith (drummer for Red Hot Chili Peppers), Wolfgang Van Halen, Zakk Wylde, Maynard James Keenan (Tool vocalist), Robert Trujillo (Metallica bassist) and producer Andrew Watt. The irreverent actor and comedian Jack Black will also be part of the tribute.
Recently, Ozzy mentioned on his SiriusXM radio show in the United States that he would like to perform live at the ceremony. However, organizers have not yet confirmed whether he will participate in the performances. The singer, who has faced health and mobility problems for years, maintains his desire to go on stage, despite the difficulties.
