About Hurricane Milton

Hurricane Milton could be the worst recorded in the last 100 years in Florida, United States. It arrived with winds of 190km/h, amid warnings of its high potential for destruction, including flooding and power outages.

The National Weather Service also warned that the phenomenon could devastate (even more) the areas that already suffered the passage of Hurricane Helene, just under two weeks ago. To date, more than 3.2 million people have remained without electricity, cities have been flooded and even the roof of a stadium that was supposed to serve as a shelter was torn off by the force of the wind.
