A vacation to Walt Disney World can be a lot of fun for the whole family, but it’s not necessarily the most relaxing trip you’ll ever take. Any trip to the Disney park is expensive . If you are the type who wants to “do it all” at the resort, you will arrive early and leave late trying to do all the attractions, see all the shows and eat all the food. It’s fun as hell, but it may take some time to make up for your free time. However, the Star Wars actress and Ashley Eckstein, founder of Her Universe You may have created the perfect way to start the day at the theme park and let yourself breathe.
On May 4, Star Wars released a series of short videos titled Star Wars: Conscious Questions . The video collection was a collaboration between Eckstein and Lucasfilm and featured Ahsoka Tano’s voice guiding viewers through mindfulness exercises inspired by Star Wars characters and stories. Gossipify’s Laura Hurley recently had the opportunity to speak with Ashley Eckstein, and the actress and stylist revealed that the videos are now available as part of the Walt Disney World hotel entertainment system. Eckstein explained:
In addition to being able to watch regular TV at their resort hotels, the TV system has a huge on-demand system that allows guests to watch Disney TV shows, movies, and even reruns of fireworks displays . Now guests can also do light meditation.
It is really cool. With everything happening in one day Walt Disney World and new things all the time , you can definitely find yourself mentally drained and physically devastated. With Star Wars: Mindful Matters, an entire family can take a few minutes to rest, relax, breathe and find peace, which is probably not the worst way to start the day.
And Disney World guests aren’t the only ones who have the opportunity to start the day with Star Wars: Mindful Matters. The video series will also be added to Disney Cruise Lines TV systems, including, presumably, the new one Disney Wish, which is basically a Disney park at sea . Some very lucky guests on an upcoming Alaska cruise might stop by Star Wars: Mindful Matters with Ashley Eckstein herself. She keeps …
So next time you visit Disney World or take the family on a Disney cruise , remember to take the time to refocus. If it works for the Jedi, it will probably work for you.
