A new lawsuit in New York accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy in 2005. The lawsuit was filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, which details drug use and violence during the incident in a Manhattan hotel, as published by the American website Deadline.

The document indicates that the victim traveled from Los Angeles with her parents to “make contacts” in the music industry. Combs reportedly asked the boy “how much he wanted to be a star” and “what would he be willing to do” to achieve success. According to the complaint, the rapper offered an allegedly adulterated drink before abusing the young man and threatening him and his family to keep quiet about the incident.

History of accusations and new accusations

Buzbee, who represents other victims in lawsuits against Diddy, said the rapper faces more than 120 sex crime charges, including rape and abuse since 1991. The allegations gained notoriety in May 2024, after the release of a CNN video that showed Combs attacking ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. He had denied this had happened until the video emerged.

Reports regarding “Making the Band”

Another lawsuit filed by Buzbee’s office alleges that Combs raped a 17-year-old “Making the Band” contestant in 2008. Since his arrest in September, the rapper has been the subject of a series of sexual abuse allegations, including rape of a woman. 13 year old girl, detailed in actions presented in October.
