Anitta celebrates second Grammy nomination: ‘History has been made’

Anita is competing for a category of Grandmotherthe biggest music award in the world, for the second time. The candidates for the award were revealed this Friday, 8, by the Recording Academy and the Brazilian singer celebrated the result on her social networks.

It was nominated for Best Latin Pop Album by Funk generationreleased in April. “Brazilian funk has reached the international Grammys. Good morning,” he wrote in the caption of the publication.

The artist also said that this is the first funk album to be nominated for a Grammy. “History has been made.” Furthermore, Anitta published the recording of a video call to celebrate the milestone with friends.
