Once again, AFROPUNK Brasil will take place at the Salvador Exhibition Park; in 2024, the event featured names like Erykah Badu and Lianne La Havas
A few days after completion in 2024, AFROPUNK Brazil announced that it will return in 2025 on November 8th and 9th, at Salvador Exhibition Parkin addition to revealing the first attraction in the line-up, which celebrates black artists and black music: the British singer and songwriter Jorja Smith.
It’s worth remembering how, this year, the festival featured names like Erykah Badu, Lianne La Havas, Jorge Aragão, Leo Santana, Planet Hemp, Duchess, Melly and Ebony. So far, they have not released any further artists or ticket sales details for the 2025 edition.
Still in 2024, the festival organization will organize the traveling event AFROPUNK Experiencewhich will take place on December 14th, at Villa-Lobos Parkwith attractions such as Anelis Assumpção sings Legalize It, Rachel Reis, Yago Oproprio, Doechii and Amaarae.
