The presenter participated in the program, which paid homage to the 70s, and recalled his times as a singer with the song ‘Tranquei a Vida’
Ronnie von participated in the High hours last Saturday, 16th, which paid homage to some artists of the 70s. During the conversation he surprised the audience by remembering his own full name: Ronaldo Lindenberg Von Schilgen Cintra Nogueira. Part of the public reacted with surprise, even though the information was already known.
“Now we will know what Ronnie Von’s name is on his birth certificate,” Serginho Groisman joked at one point. The host then recalled his departure from the musical world.
“I haven’t sung for 27 years. I devoted myself to business, to television, I stopped with music. Even if everything I achieved in my life in emotional and material terms, it was music that gave me. But there was a time when I said ‘that’s not really the case,'” Ronnie Von said.
She then continued: “I am very proud to have been part of a generation that managed to change social behavior in the world without shooting, without wars, without anything, a revolution where only music took place. Today, here, I felt as if my youth had been returned to me.”
Ronnie Von also took advantage of his participation in Altas Horas to sing the song I locked up my life. Despite the comment that he “hasn’t sung for 27 years”, the presenter has sung several songs on multiple occasions in his television programs, such as All yours. Remember some of them below:
