The band Green Day has been announced as one of the main attractions of the rock day at The Town 2025. The news was announced Tuesday evening (12/3) in the Jornal Nacional, on Globo. The São Paulo festival will take place on 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14 September, at the Autódromo de Interlagos.

The American group will take the stage at the Skyline on the 7th, when the festival will also welcome the English band the Sex Pistols on the same stage. Iggy Pop and the Brazilian Pitty will also be present at the event in The One space. The other attractions of the date have not yet been announced by the organization.

The second edition of The Town also confirmed the participation of pop star Katy Perry, on the 12th. It will be the fifth time for the American artist in the country, who also participated in the latest edition of Rock in Rio, in September this year year. .
