Funk, country and gospel music dominate the most viewed clips of the year on the platform
THE YouTube published last Tuesday, 3, the list of the most viewed videos during the year 2024 on the platform and, in the music videos section, three musical genres dominated the top 10: funk, countryside AND gospel. The highlight also goes to the live recordings, which were awarded four places among the 10 most viewed videos of the year.
First place went to former child funk musician, MC toy – who is 23 years old. In collaboration with DJ Oreia, MC Cebezinho, MCTuto AND MC Laranjinhahe released Medley Funk 2a video that has accumulated more than 268 million views on the platform.
