The property is being sold by brokerage Aliança Viva, which provided details about the apartment. According to the real estate agency it is in neoclassical style.
The apartment is located on Rua Maestro Francisco Braga and, being a penthouse, has a large private pool on the terrace, as well as barbecue, sauna, garden and gourmet space on site.
There are three bedrooms, one of them called “mega suite” with two closets and closets. The property also has two living rooms, three guest bathrooms, a guest bathroom and a half bathroom.
