Violet Grohl, who has performed alongside her father, is working on new music
Violet Grohleldest daughter of Dave Grohlis preparing the release of his first album.
At 18 years old, Violet would be “incredibly committed” to music and willing “to grow as an artist”, a source told The Hollywood Reporter.
According to the insider, she is working on the project in a studio that was a gift from her father. “She is a true brilliant singer,” continued the source, who added: “Her vocals are incredible, she is very talented.”

The producer Justin Raisenwho worked with artists such as Charli XCX and Lil Yachtywould be linked to the supposed album, which has no release date.
Violet made her stage debut at the age of 12, when she sang “When We Were Young”, by Adelenext to Dave. She also released a cover of “Nausea” by Xwith her father in 2021, as well as performing at high-profile charity events.
Split in the family
Vocalist of Foo Fighters and former drummer of Nirvana, Dave Grohl announced in September this year the birth of a daughter out of wedlock.
The musician is married to Jordyn Blum since 2003 and has three other daughters (Harper, Ophelia and Violet).
The announcement was made through a post on Instagram.
I recently became a father to a new daughter, born out of wedlock. I intend to be a loving and supportive father to her,” he wrote.
I love my wife and my daughters. I’m doing everything I can to regain their trust. We are grateful for all of your consideration of the children involved as we move forward,” concluded Grohl.
