Bird Piché had to undergo surgery after suffering an accident during the Trophy Eyes show
Australian punk band Trophy eyes was sued by a fan left partially paralyzed after a show.
The singer Giovanni Floreani dove into the audience during a show at Mohawk Place, in Buffalo, New York, on April 30 this year. He reached Pice directly, who suffered serious injuries and underwent emergency surgery.
The band spoke about the case and regretted what happened, also sharing a link to an online fundraiser to raise money and help the fan.

However, now Pice is processing the Trophy eyes, FloreansMohawk Place and event promoter After Dark Entertainment for injuries caused by negligence, as they failed to protect her from “unsafe and/or dangerous conditions” (via NME).
According to the process, Pice seeks “a sum of money exceeding the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts, together with the costs and disbursements of this action.”
