The medical bulletin indicates stable conditions
The medical team responsible for Gusttavo Lima’s treatment updated the singer’s health status on Sunday evening (12/22). Hospitalized since Saturday (21/12) at the Vila Nova Star hospital, in Rede D’Or, in Sao Paulo, the country singer suffered from abdominal pain which led him to cancel his participation in the Villa Mix festival.
According to the medical bulletin, Gusttavo Lima is clinically stable, but is still undergoing treatment and is not yet expected to be discharged. The singer’s accompaniment is carried out by the Prof’s team. Dr. Ludhmila Hajjar, recognized expert in the field.

“The singer Gusttavo Lima has been hospitalized since yesterday at the Vila Nova Star hospital, in Rede D’Or, due to abdominal pain. The patient is clinically stable and under treatment. At the moment, discharge is not expected. Monitoring is ongoing being carried out by the team coordinated by Prof. Dr. Ludhmila Hajjar”, reads the note signed by the clinical director Prof. Dr. Paulo Marcelo Gehm Hoff.
Impact on concert programme
The short-notice cancellation of the Villa Mix show surprised fans who were waiting for the artist to perform at the event. The festival, held in Sao Paulo, is one of the largest platforms for country music in the country. So far, no other changes to other dates in the singer’s schedule have been announced.
Gusttavo Lima has shows scheduled on December 28 and 29 in the interior cities of São Paulo, as well as Fortaleza (CE) on December 30 and Aracaju (SE) on New Year’s Eve, December 31.
