Singer has been involved in different projects since resuming post-pandemic shows: “time to pause, refuel and prepare the soil for new fruits”
Since the resumption of post-pandemic events, Pitty has completed an intense schedule of shows. Between 2022 and 2024, the singer completed the album tour Headquarters (2019), held a series of presentations with Nando Reis in the project PittyNandopromoted the tour that celebrated the album’s two decades Brave New Chip (2003) and gave a special performance called Crossingnext to Emicideat the João Rock festival.
It seems that 2025 will be less active when it comes to the stage. Through a post on Instagram, the artist confirmed that her next performances, scheduled for the period between January and March next year, will be the last before a break.
She explains:
“After 4 intense cycles — balancing myself between creation, direction and presence in large projects — it’s time to pause, refuel and prepare the soil for new fruits. Inspiration has its own time, and this pause is essential for what is to come.”
Despite the promised interruption of live performances after March, there is already a show scheduled for September. The artist will be one of the attractions at The Town, a festival by the same creators as Rock in Rio, on what should be the only date dedicated to rock: September 7th.
She is scheduled to appear on The One stage, alongside Iggy Pop, CPM 22 and Supla & Innocents. In Skyline, the main area, confirmed Green Day, Sex Pistols (with Frank Carter), Bruce Dickinson and Starting Capital.
