The vocalist Edu Falaschi confirmed its plans for 2025 in a year-end statement. Upcoming projects include a celebratory tour and a new studio album.

Next May, the singer will make Blu-Ray available Vera Cruz – Live in São Paulowith pre-sales starting in January. The audiovisual recording was recorded during a show at Tokio Marine Hall, São Paulo, on August 21, 2022 (click here to read coverage). On that occasion, Falaschi performed the albums Rebirth (2001, Angra) and Vera Cruz (2021), his first solo album. The event was attended by Elba Ramalho, Thiago Arancam, Fabio Lima, Fernanda Lira and Marcello Pompeu.

Also at the beginning of the year, the singer promises to announce a partnership with a giant in the video game industry. He will be responsible for the soundtrack of a game to be confirmed. During the covid-19 pandemic, the musician got involved with the segment performing lives while playing FIFA and Call of Duty.

In June, a tour begins that celebrates the two decades of Temple of Shadowsalbum released by Angra in 2004. The excursion, named Temple of Shadows in Concert 2025already has more than 20 presentations scheduled in the Southeast, South, Central-West and Northeast between the months of June and August. On some dates, he will be accompanied by an orchestra. Tickets are on sale.

Throughout 2025, Edu will also record a new album — his third solo career and the one responsible for putting an end to a trilogy that began in Vera Cruz (2021) and followed with El Dorado (2023). The expectation is that the disc will be available in 2026.

Edu Falaschi’s 2024 was marked by new revisits to his career with Angra. The singer went on tour performing the entire work live Rebirth World Tour: Live in São Pauloreleased by his former band in 2002. On the occasion, he even sang songs originally recorded by the late Andrew Matoshis predecessor in the group.

Another notable initiative was its partnership with the Black Pantiesin a new version of “Now I’m Suffering”reinterpretation of the forró group that adapts “Bleeding Heart”. Although it was recorded at the end of 2023, the track was released the following year as part of the DVD Timeless.
