Without giving details about the requirements of the UK radio and television institution BBC, Young had stated in a previous publication: “The Chrome Hearts and I were looking forward to playing at Glastonburyone of my favorite outdoor shows of all time.”

“We were told that the BBC is now a partner of Glastonbury and he wanted us to do a lot of things in a way that didn’t interest us. It seems that the Glastonbury Now it’s under corporate control and it’s not what I remember,” he continued.

He added: “Thank you for coming to see us last time! We will not touch the Glastonbury on this tour because it has become an uninteresting corporate event, and it’s not for me like it used to be. Hope to see you at one of the other locations on the tour.”
