Serginho Hervaldrummer of the band Roupa Nova, had to undergo surgery on his right leg after a domestic accident. The incident became public at the beginning of the year, when it was necessary to replace Serginho on the themed cruise celebrating the band’s 40th anniversary.
This Tuesday 21st, Roupa Nova updated the musician’s health status in a story on the band’s official Instagram profile. “Fortunately he is well, he is already at home recovering and, soon, he will return to the stage, ready to resume his 2025 show schedule,” the note reads.
Also in January, Roupa Nova has three shows scheduled, including two in Sao Paulo, on the 24th and 25th, at Vibra SP. The band also has eight shows scheduled for February, passing through Belo Horizonte and Florianópolis. In March, Roupa Nova performs in Europe.
