THE Grammy 2025which took place on the night of last Sunday, 2, brought surprises and a list of snubbs. The awards set aside names that, in past editions, collected the famous gramophone and finally recognized artists who almost got there, but ended up empty hands. Check out some of the biggest surprises of Grammy this year:

Beyoncé

Not even Beyoncé seemed to believe when his name was announced in the album category of the year, the main prize of the night, for Cowboy Carter. The singer also took Grammys for best country album and best country performance in duo/group. In other editions, the singer received awards for her albums in gender categories, but not by album of the year.

Kendrick Lamar

In all, Kendrick Lamar took five gramophones home – fruits of the song “Not Like Us”, said track for Drake. He won in the categories of best rap performance, best rap music, best clip, recording of the year and music of the year, competing with artists like Beyoncé, Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift in categories that were not specifically rap.

Sierra Ferrell

Sierra Ferrell It was the second artist who took the most awards at the ceremony of the Grammy this year. She won in the categories of best American music album, best American root song, best American performance and best performance in American roots.

Sabrina Carpenter

The singer was nominated for six categories and won two of them. She surpassed Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift And guaranteed the Grammy for best vocal pop album.
