There are few iconic rock artists and bands that are outside the rock and roll Hall of Fame. And although he has never done a lobby to be in the hall of fame, I know he would be extremely happy and grateful to find himself where he deserves to be. Thank you and all the best, Paul McCartney. ”
In another statement to the press, Paul made more compliments to Joe. Beatle commented:
“He was a lovely northern boy [da Inglaterra] That I loved so much and, like many people, I loved their way of singing. I remember him and Denny Cordell Coming to the studio in Savile Row and playing for me what they had recorded … it was simply hallucinating – totally turned the music into a soul hymn; And I am forever grateful to him for doing that. ”

Interestingly, this is not the first time Paul McCartney Asks someone to enter Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In a short video last year, he requested a tribute to the Foreigner – that actually happened – with the following words: “Foreigner Isn’t it in the hall of fame? What is this? ”.
